Shipping Rates and Information

• In most cases, domestic orders received by 11:30 am Eastern time, Monday - Friday (except holidays) are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are processed next business day.

• In most cases, items are in stock. However, occasionally an item may be backordered or sold-out by the manufacturer. If an item is on backorder or sold-out, you will be notified by email or phone within 24 hours of order submittal.

• After your order has been submitted, an order confirmation email is automatically sent which will contain a copy of your order. We suggest you retain a copy of this email, in case of a return or exchange. You can also print a copy of your order after the checkout process.

• After your order has shipped, you will receive another email notification with the carrier's tracking information. You can track the progress of your order on-line by accessing the Order Tracking feature and follow the steps provided.

• We have chosen USPS Priority Mail as our standard shipping method for deliveries within the lower 48 states. On occassion, UPS and/or FedEx may be used. Generally, if you have chosen standard shipping for your delivery method, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days after your order has been shipped.

• Once your shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are based on the carrier's estimated delivery schedule.

International Orders

• At this time we accept International Orders only by request. Please email info@EquiHeels.com for more information.

• All International orders incur a $10 handling fee.

• Please allow 72 hours for processing of international orders.

• International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail with an estimated delivery of 6-10 business days (excluding holidays). Packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail will be insured and can be tracked via the customs tracking number.

• USPS Express Mail is available for an additional fee. Express Mail packages arrive in 3-5 business days, are insured, and include delivery confirmation.

• Canadian and Mexican orders are subject to a base shipping charge of $25.00 (excluding handling fee). See below for package handling.

• The international shipping charge (excluding Canada and Mexico) is a base rate of $35.00 (excluding handling fee) and will be added to or subtracted from the actual cost to ship your order. If you would like an exact quote, please send an email to info@EquiHeels.com.com . International shipping charges are based on destination, weight, and size of box.

• Duties, brokerage fees, and taxes for shipments delivered outside the continential USA are the responsibility of the customer.

• Orders must be paid in US funds by international money order or credit card.

Delivery Information

• Unless you request that someone sign for your package, the carrier will leave the package at the delivery address with no delivery signature required. It is your responsibility to provide a safe address or to ensure that someone is available to sign for and retrieve the package. If you have a concern as to where the package may be left, we suggest you ship your package to an address where someone will be available to receive the package (i.e. a business address).

EquiHeels.com cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen packages which have been marked as "delivered" when tracked via the carrier's delivery tracking reference number.

• Any undeliverable packages will be re-shipped at standard shipping rate. If the package cannot be re-shipped, a $15.00 re-stocking fee plus shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Claims

• If you have not received your order within 10 business days from the day it was shipped and you have not been notified of a backorder situation, please contact info@EquiHeels.com . If the claim is not filed within 10 days, the carrier will assume no responsibility.

Sales Tax

• As EquiHeels.com.com is located in California, we are required by law to charge California orders appropriate state and local sales tax.
